Mosaic Check-in turns arrival into something the whole room builds together. Each guest's check-in photo becomes one tile of the brand's key visual, printed as a numbered sticker for a physical wall or placed live on an LED screen. The picture sharpens as people arrive, and the moment the full artwork is revealed becomes the shared highlight of the night.

Check-in photo
Photos come from a booth, green screen, phone upload or iPad.
Print the tile
Each photo prints as a numbered mosaic sticker.
Place it
Guests stick their tile on its marked spot, or it appears on the LED screen.
The reveal
When everyone has checked in, the full brand artwork is revealed.

A physical wall gives guests the fun of placing their own tile. An LED screen suits large rooms and shows progress live. Both reveal the same artwork.
What do you need from us?
Your key visual. We handle the mosaic system, printing, the board or screen, and the crew on the day.
How long does the wall take to finish?
Each guest takes 5 to 8 seconds, and the wall is usually complete within 30 to 60 minutes.
