Customers work with Monadex in three ways: Buy (9+ booth and kiosk models through the Chalkak Studio brand), Partner (revenue-share placements such as Raon booths in Singapore venues) and Build (custom activations for brands and events).

Every booth runs on Monadex's own software. Monadex also operates its own unattended booths in Singapore, so it operates what it sells and learns from every session.

Monadex builds its own software. Monadex Kiosk OS runs the guest session, camera, printer and payments. Monadex Fleet Cloud handles remote management, updates and analytics. A reliability layer keeps unattended kiosks running.

Monadex operates what it sells. Its Chalkak brand runs unattended booths in Singapore, which gives the engineering team daily data on printers, payments and uptime before anything ships to a customer.

Recent work in Singapore includes TOKEN2049, the Singapore FinTech Festival and the SRA Retail Awards Gala 2026. Monadex also runs Chalkak Collective, Asia's first photobooth museum, in Singapore.
