What happens when something goes wrong at 2 am
Unattended booths fail in boring ways: a printer runs out, a USB cable wobbles, the network drops, an update misbehaves. The reliability layer is built for exactly that.

Proven on our own booths first
Chalkak, our consumer brand, runs unattended booths in Singapore, including Raon booths at New Bahru and other partner venues. They take real payments from real guests every day on this software. When a printer or payment terminal misbehaves, we find out on our own booths before a customer does, and the fix ships to everyone.
The same platform ran our event work: AI headshots at TOKEN2049, the live mosaic wall of about 800 guest photos at the SRA Retail Awards Gala 2026, and trading-card printing for PMI.

Does it work without internet?
Yes. Booths keep capturing, taking cash and printing offline and sync when they reconnect. Card payments and remote control need a connection.
Which payment methods work?
NETS card and QR in Singapore, Nayax cashless, and coin and bill acceptors.
How are updates delivered?
Over the air from Fleet Cloud, per booth, per venue or fleet-wide, with rollback.
Can partners white-label it?
Yes, on request after a first purchase. We scope the branded surfaces and quote them.
Which booths does it run on?
It runs our own fleet in Singapore and our event booths. Tell us your hardware and we will tell you whether it fits.
