Event photo booths that give guests something to keep
Monadex builds photo experiences for conferences, galas, product launches and retail festivals. We design the frames, bring the hardware, run the floor and hand over the data.
The hardware and software are our own. The same booths run unattended in Singapore venues every day, so the kit that turns up at your event is the kit we maintain all year.

All standard consumables for the booked hours are included. We share power and floor-space needs when you book.

FAQs
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Peak weeks such as TOKEN2049 and the Singapore FinTech Festival fill first, and custom builds such as AI trading cards and mosaic walls need more design time than a standard print booth.
Is the design included?
Yes. Overlay and template design is complimentary. We send a draft for your approval. You can also supply print-ready artwork (PNG plus working files).
What do you need from the venue?
Floor space and a power point near the booth. Exact figures depend on the format and are shared when you book. Some formats, like the projector booth and mosaic wall, need more space and a pre-event test.
Can guests get digital copies?
Yes. Every format shares photos on site by QR code, AirDrop or email, and most include a post-event gallery.
Can the booth capture leads?
Yes. We can add a consented sign-up step before the photo, as we did at TOKEN2049. The data is exported to you after the event.
Do you run events outside Singapore?
Singapore is our home base. For events elsewhere, ask us: we ship and support booths for customers in 30+ countries and can scope travel and local crew.
Can we combine formats?
Yes. At the SRA Retail Awards Gala we ran four connected experiences from one capture: a mosaic wall, trading cards, a roaming awardee booth and a receipt booth.
How do we pay?
PayNow, bank transfer, company cheque or credit card (processing fees may apply). A 50% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due before or on the day.
