Standard photo booth and brand activation deployments typically launch within 4–8 weeks of brief approval. Larger custom installations vary based on hardware, venue, and creative scope — we share a detailed timeline after the initial discovery call.
Do you offer rentals or only permanent installations?
Both. We support short-term event activations, longer brand campaigns, and permanent revenue-share installations in retail and entertainment venues. We can also build fully bespoke installations for your space.
What kind of support do you provide after launch?
Every deployment is monitored 24/7 from our operations centre. Our technical team is available Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM (GMT+8) for general support, with on-call engineers responding to critical incidents around the clock.
Can we customise the photos and experience to our brand?
Yes — every visual element is brand-customisable: filters, frames, AI styles, on-screen UI, interactive flows, and physical photo outputs (lenticular, magnetic, mini-strip, newspaper, trading cards). Our creative team handles the integration end to end.
How do you handle data privacy and image rights?
Our infrastructure is SOC 3 certified and ISO/IEC 27001 compliant. Guests opt in to image capture, all media is encrypted in storage, and we configure regional data residency to meet local regulations including GDPR, PDPA, and CCPA.
