Token2049 AI Headshots

TOKEN2049 is one of the largest crypto and Web3 conferences, held in Singapore each year. The 2025 edition ran on 1 and 2 October at Marina Bay Sands.

A conference crowd like this is busy, moves fast and has seen every photo wall. The activation had to be worth stopping for, fast enough that people stayed in the queue, and a clean way to capture who stopped.

A real studio, on the show floor

We ran three capture stations: a professional headshot studio with studio lighting and a backdrop, an AI portrait experience, and a branded high-angle photobooth.

Guests registered on a branded touchscreen, sat for their photo and picked their results. One QR scan delivered the portraits to their phone. The screens, the flow and the machines themselves carried the host’s branding.

All three stations ran across both days of the show, on 14-hour floor days. We went from signed contract to live in 40 days, including the custom software, branding and a full hardware test with event staff.

Guests left with a headshot good enough for LinkedIn, and every session began with a registration step for lead capture.
