Capitol Singapore: Spring in Bloom
A Chinese New Year season designed as an engagement loop, not a backdrop.
Capitol Singapore is a heritage lifestyle and retail destination in the civic district. For Chinese New Year 2026 it ran “Spring in Bloom”, a season of festive markets, performances and activities.
Capitol wanted more than decoration: visitors who stayed longer, came back, and posted about it. The season needed moments people would take part in, not just walk past.
Attract, interact, share, return
Monadex designed two parts of the season: themed photo zones that gave visitors something to post, and “Abundance Spin”, a reward game where every spin wins.
The two were built as one loop. The photo zones drew people in, the game gave them a reason to play and come back, and the festive win-reveal screens made the moment worth sharing. The markets, performances, pop-up retail and F&B around them were run by the mall and its partners.
