Chimaek Culture Across Three Perth Venues
Perth, 3 or more venues8,556 followersKorean American fusion
The Client
A Perth multi site group built on chimaek, the Korean pairing of fried chicken and beer that works as a social ritual rather than just a dish.
- Multi site operator with a replicable format
- A nightlife district site drives late group trade
- Cultural authenticity signalled in the name itself
Why a photo experience
Chimaek is by definition something people do in groups, at length, with drinks. That is close to an ideal profile: a booth earns from the waiting before food and the lingering after it, and sends guests home with a print carrying the venue's name that keeps circulating afterwards. Because Chimek already runs several sites, anything that works in one has an obvious path into the others without a new sales conversation.
