Why a photo experience
Beauty customers are already looking at themselves when they shop, testing shades and checking mirrors, so a booth extends something the visit already involves. The commercial case is dwell time: in this category longer browsing reliably means a larger basket, and anything that keeps someone in the shop pays for itself. For a retailer with three sites it also delivers one consistent branded experience across all of them, which is hard to achieve any other way.
