What the deployment demands
Japan invented this category, so a Korean booth there cannot sell itself as new. It has to look and feel different: cleaner, portrait led, and far less decorated than the sticker heavy purikura machines beside it. That OKIPIC can win wedding bookings on that difference is a useful signal for any mature market where clients assume they already have photo booths. The aesthetic is the product, not the technology.
