What the deployment demands
One fleet is being asked to do two incompatible jobs. A wedding needs volume and durability, hundreds of guests through the same machine in an evening with no tolerance for a breakdown. A brand activation needs custom frames, logo overlays and often data capture, but serves far fewer people. Photogram wins work in both because it can flex between them, which is a strong argument for software configurability rather than a fixed product.
