Every guest becomes part of the picture
A mosaic wall builds a large image out of guest photos. Each photo becomes a tile. As the event goes on, the tiles fill in and your artwork appears.
At the SRA Retail Awards Gala 2026, about 800 guest photos assembled into the SRA seal on the main LED wall, ending in a 4K reveal at the finale.
How it works
- 01Guests are photographed at a booth or by roving photographers.
- 02Each photo is assigned a tile and placed in the mosaic.
- 03The final artwork is revealed, and we export it for use after the event.

Two ways to run it
Digital: capture stations feed a live display, and each photo flies onto the wall and settles into its cell, tinted to match the artwork. Runs on an LED wall or LCD screens. Physical: each photo prints as a small numbered sticker tile, and guests place their tile on the wall and watch the image appear.
Built in-house
The mosaic software is our own, so the grid can be fitted to your screen, whether a 4K display or a wide LED wall.
